Q: What is the payment terms?

A: T/T 30% deposit before production, the balance 70% should be paid before container loading or against the copy of BL.

Q: What is the delivery time?

A: 15~20 days for 1~4 containers order quantity and 20~30 days for more than 4 containers order quantity.

Q: If there is quality problem, what we will do?

A: New rolls will be loaded into your next container or deduct equaled money from your new order after receive video and pictures about quality problems.
