Insulation anchor pin is a special engineering metal expansion nail that fixes the insulation board to the wall. Insulation

anchor pins are special anchors for exterior wall insulation, which are widely used in building decoration and anchoring

of wall insulation houses. It consists of a metal tube and a fixed disc. According to the thickness of the insulation layer, it

is divided into various specifications.

The performance parameters are based on the JG/T366-2012 standard:

1. The nominal diameter of the Pin disc should not be less than 30mm and the tolerance is 1.0mm.

2.The nominal diameter of the expansion sleeve shall not be less than 8 mm and the tolerance shall be ± 0.5 mm.
3. Anchor bolt tensile bearing capacity standard value Fk≥0.60

Application of galvanized steel insulation anchor pins

The number of installations: 1-10 layers average 6 / m2, 11-20 layers average 7 / square meters 21-26 layers 9 / m2.

Any single block with an area greater than 0.1m2 must be anchored, depending on the shape and site conditions;

the density of the anchor should be increased around the angle of the sun, under the mouth, and around the edge of the hole.

The distance is not more than 300mm, from the edge of the base. Not less than 60mm
