Our custom engineered transmitter insulation covers are made of silicone coated fiberglass fabric and e-glass needled mat. It is made to be tear resistant and durable, provide complete coverage and protection to your transmitter devices. This cover will reduce maintenance man hours and costs.

Its outside material - grey color silicone coated glass fiber cloth is 0.4mm or 0.8mm fiberglass fabric coated with silcone compound on one side. With silicone coating, this material is able to provide outstanding electrical insulation, oil&moisture resistance, anti corrosion, chemical resistance and heat insulation. But this durable and abrasion resistant cloth is also flexible and easy to fabricate. This silicone coated fabric is able to withstand continuously heat below 260℃. Inside material - fiberglass needled mat can withstand heat below 800℃. This recyclable needled blanket is high temperature resistant and eco-friendly.

IR Test result of removable jacket showed that when the temperature in equipment goes up to 300℃ continuously, the surface temperature of this jacket is around 35℃.
