Product Description

The adhesive force is mainly composed of super low viscosity protective film, low viscosity protective film , medium and low viscosity protective film, medium stick protection film, high viscosity protective film and super high viscosity protective film
1. Ultra low viscosity protection film (that is, micro bottom sticky):
Characteristics: thick (greater than or equal to 0. 03m + 0. 003), width (less than or equal to 1. 3), high (100-1500), substrate (PE), peel strength (5g/cm), temperature (60), stretching rate (>400)
Use: easy to use and easy to tear, easy to tear, no residual glue, suitable for organic sheet, instrument, display, glass lens, plastic lens and so on.
2. Low viscosity protective film
Characteristics: thick (greater than or equal to 0. 03m + 0. 003), width (less than or equal to 1. 3), high (100-1000), base material (PE), peeling strength (10-20g/cm), temperature resistance (60), tensile rate (>400)
Purpose: tack stability, good adhesion, then peeling performance is good, no glue residue phenomenon for steel mirror plate, titanium plate, smooth plastic, silk screen, Ming brand etc..
3. Medium and low viscosity protective film
Characteristics: thick (greater than or equal to 0. 03m + 0. 003), width (less than or equal to 1. 3), high (100-1000), base material (PE), peeling strength (30-50g/cm), temperature resistance (60), tensile rate (>400)
Purpose: tack stability, good adhesion, then peeling performance is good, no glue residue phenomenon for furniture Polaroid plate, stainless steel plate, ceramic tile, marble, artificial stone etc..
4. Medium stick protection film
Characteristics: thick (greater than or equal to 0. 05 + 0. 003), width (less than or equal to 1. 3), high (100-1000), base material (PE), peeling strength (60-80g/cm), temperature resistance (60), tensile rate (>400)
Application: the adhesive force is stable, the adhesion is good, the peeling performance is good, no residual glue is found. It is suitable for the surface protection of fine grind sanding plate and ordinary hard sticky material.
5. High viscosity protective film
Characteristics: thick (greater than or equal to 0. 05 + 0. 003), width (less than or equal to 1. 3), high (100-800), base material (PE), peeling strength (80-100g/cm), temperature resistance (60), tensile rate (>400)
Use: the adhesive force is stable, the adhesion is good, the peeling performance is good, there is no residual adhesive phenomenon. It is suitable for fine grind sanding board, aluminum plastic plate, hard sticky plastic sheet and so on.
6. Super high viscosity protective film
Characteristics: thick (greater than or equal to 0. 04 + 0. 003), width (less than or equal to 1. 3), high (100-800), base material (PE), peeling strength (above 100g/cm), temperature resistance (60), and tensile rate (>400).
Use: high viscosity, water based acrylic as pressure sensitive adhesive, easy to use, easy to tear, no residual adhesive phenomenon. It is suitable for hard sticky materials such as coarse grain aluminum plate.

Product characteristics:
1, suitable for stickiness: easy to stick and easy to tear;
2, the peeling force is stable: the change of time is small, that is, the smaller the rise of the stripping force is, the better.
3, good weather resistance: in the sun exposure conditions, the use period of half a year to one year;
4. The storage period is long: more than one year stored in the warehouse, the quality is not changed.
5. No pollution and no corrosion: the adhesive is inert, and it will not react with the surface of the sticky material.
