L+:positive terminal of tension detector input signal on left side

L-:negative terminal of tension detector input signal on left side

5V+:positive terminal of tension detector power supply on both sides

PE:detector shielding cable on both sides

GND:power supply negative terminal on both sides

R+: positive terminal of tension detector input signal on right side

R-:negative terminal of tension detector input signal on right side

Iout: 0~20mA output

Vout: 0~10V output

5V+: 5V output

GND: output negative terminal of voltage and current

Zero calibration

Machine power off, there is no film or film is loose.

Enter C01 parameter screen,press button can change C01 from 0 to 1,when it change from 1 to 0 automatic,zero calibration is completed.

After zero calibration,if up LED displays error and alarm indicator lightens,refer to section7, 8 for the problem.After trouble is remove,return C01 to zero calibration.

LM-10PD tension meter used to get significantly in the detector from the LX-TD tension and strain ceremony pass salty , wire, various film unwinding, rewinding and intermediate shaft so the tension signal, while the instrument the apparatus of the amplified signal output to the recording apparatus, the peripheral tension meter, programmable controller, etc.
