This brass valve base in designed for full air flow during inflation.

The body & valve core materal is brass, and flange is Urethane, it can be weld to most air chambers.

It have a good performance of gas tight, stable air flow.

It's the key part in inflatable life jacket, and can be srvice for long year.

Assemble Instructions:

To attach the manifold to air chamber of life jacket, you need have a high frequency heat weld machine, after attached together, you can put the manual/auto inflator on the gas/base valve, strew tight.
