5. The shaft: The shaft is made of 45#steel, diameter of 62mm, finish turning, finish grinding after heat treatment,

quenching and high temperature tempering.

6. The bearing: Harbin type 6208

7. The roll material: 0.3-0.5mm color steel sheet, galvanized steel sheet, aluminium sheet, expansion material 1000mm,

ejection of compact effective area is 840/900. It also can be customized according to customer's size.

11. Machine feature: PLC NC frequency electrical boxes, touch screen`s display, the encoder counting,
