insulator cap use high density ductile iron or meallable iron ,each pieces are tested qualified after magnetic powder inspection .

Both cap and pin are hot galvanized , zinc thickness meet related ASTM A 153 standard requirements.

the pins are made of forged steel .

2 Porcelain

the porcelain body use material high aluminum porcelain C120 to meet insulator E&M requirement . the porcelain surface covered a layer of shinning glaze , color can be grey , brown or white .

3 Cotter key

tthe key material is stainless steel which guarantee insulator string connection in a safe way .

4 Cement

the high performance portland cement make the insulator assembled with very good mechanical performance .
