Introduction of Vibrating Feeder:

Vibrating feeder made by our company are linear vibrating feeder series; it can feed material continuously and evenly for crushing machinery, and screen the materials.

Application of Vibrating Feeder:

1) Vibrating feeder can feed block or granule materials from the material storage to charging device evenly and continuously. It can realize even feeding for crushers in sandstone production line and make rough screening for materials.

2) Widely applied in combined operation of crushing and screening in the industries like metallurgy, mine, mine selection, building materials, chemicals, etc.

Product Feature of Vibrating Feeder:

1. Stable vibration and stable working performance.

2. Special paling design, in order to prevent stuck of the materials.

3. The clearance of the paling is adjustable.

4. It is configured with relatively more abrasion-resistant parts.

5. In order to protect the abrasion-resistant parts from being wore by fine materials, fine minerals are separated to improve output.

6. Variable frequency adjustable speed motor is available. By virtue of changing frequency, it can change the output, control the feeding quantity and resolve the problem of frequently starting motor.
