Preparation after confirming design, but before Purchasing and Installation:

1. Taking the budget of the whole project into consideration, choose the most appropriated system for your warehouse, fully automated, semi-automated or conventional storage system?

2. Point load of the slab / concrete floor should be confirmed firstly for the high density mobile storage racking.

3. Check the status at site: whether the concrete floor is ready or not. This will affect the construction of the floor guide rail. If the concrete floor is ready, channels should be opened for guide rails. If the concrete floor isn’t ready, channels can be prepared alongwith the construction of the concrete floor.
