1. Master Shuttle is one of the components for the fully automated storage systems. Similar as shuttle, Master Shuttle, carrying the shuttle, move perpendicular to the shuttle rails. Pallet with goods will be firstly lifted up and down by the hoist/lift to the specific levels, then the Master Shuttle carries the shuttle with pallet and goods to the specific lane, after that, the shuttle carries the pallet and goods to the location or take out the pallet with goods from the specific location.

2. Quantities of the Master Shuttle depend on the throughput and replenishment capacity, storage efficiency.
