Introduction of FUJI photosensitive emulsion coating

FUJI photosensitive emulsion is an important auxiliary in pad printing. It is used for coating pad printing thick clichés/plates and thin clichés/plates.

You can coat by hand or by machine. Before using, please agitation it and open carefully. Use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid breathing mist or vapor, and contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. Upon contact with eyes or skin, flush with large amount of water for at least 15 minutes. If swallowed, immediately drink water to dilute, call a physician.

Coating by hand:

Put a few drops of some emulsion onto pad plate and whirl, make sure it is even on the surface of the plate /cliché, the pad plate and make emulsion cover the surface of pad plate.

The emulsion should be storage in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area away from all sources of ignition. The expiry date will be after two years.
