Working principle

MF5700 series gas mass flowmeter is based on the MEMS flow sensor chip technology, the principle is the use of the flow of heat and mass transfer in the flow of heat and mass transfer in the lower reaches of the temperature change and the quality of the gas flow.

At the same time the flowmeter measure and temperature of heat source, when the chip is in working state, the formation of stable temperature distribution in the surrounding gas flowing through the sensor, once the sensor quality, the gas flow will destroy the distribution of the temperature field, the formation of specific, temperature distribution and velocity depends on the gas quality the sensor chip flowmeter will measure the change and convert this change into electrical signals by a transmitter circuit dedicated to signal amplification, conditioning and linearization. Due to the surrounding gas volume on the formation of homogeneous sensor disturbed stable distribution of temperature is different, so can or total mass flow measurement of gas flow.
