1 Is it fire retardant ?

No ,it isn't fire retardant ,just water proof .If want fire retardant ,we can choose PVC tarpaulin material

2 Did it can resist strong wind ?

Yes,at frist the big tent weight is heavy,not easy to blow down or blow away.meanwhile there are many D-ring on the bottom and top for you to fix.Next our design meet the gas flow mechanics

3 The size is big /same,not suitable for me.coulld we can customize?
