To ensure the normal work of the crane and positioning anywhere, safety device is equipped on every mechanism. For example, there is an braking device on the high-speed axle of motor and reducer, which is formed up by brake and coupling. The brake is closed type. When power on, the brake-shoe opens, when power off, it closes. These actions make the load locate anywhere when hoisted. Except this, hoisting mechanism also has the limit switch and overload limiter. And limit switches are installed on both trolley and crane. For the circuit, there are current protection, no-voltage protection, lacunary protection, zero position protection, emergency switch, main disconnecting switch, chain switch for the cabin door, bell alarm and other safety device been equipped to ensure the crane usual work and safety of relevant people.
