2) The preheating zone and filtration system both employ a direct pull-out modular design for easy maintenance and upkeep.
3) Two-stage preheating zone with a stable preheating curve ensures even heating of the PCB without deformation.
4) Equipped with an intelligent automatic tracking spray system, the spray area automatically adjusts with the width of the PCB.
5) Utilizes a programmable logic controller (PLC) with an internal speed tracking program, adjusting the spray time according to the PCB transport
speed.
6) Features an automatic cleaning device for the flux nozzle, eliminating the need for cleaning after long-term use. Automatically adjusts and
includes a spray fine-tuning function for greater convenience.
7) The furnace chamber is designed with SINOEVER's special spiral structure, and the wave soldering system is designed to collect solder dregs, preventing the generation of floating black powder. This greatly reduces thermal deformation and saves electricity while reducing oxidation.
8) The guide rail is uniquely designed by SINOEVER, ensuring complete and smooth soldering and transmission of the PCB.
9) Employs variable frequency drive technology for precise control of the wave peak height.
10) The heating elements are uniquely designed by SINOEVER with energy storage. The nickel-chromium infrared heating tubes provide even heating and have a long service life.
11) Features over-temperature, audio-visual alarm, and emergency braking functions. All motors are equipped with an overload protection system.
12) The transport system uses a variable electronic or frequency conversion speed control system with closed-loop control for stable speed.
