Introduction:

The 200t/h – 250t/h stone crushing plant is designed for medium scale stone quarrying plant, aggregate plant, mineral beneficiation plant and so on.This type stone crushing plant is suitable for crushing all kind of rocks, stones, metallic minerals, recycling construction waste and so on.

Process Description:

PEV900X1200 as the preliminary jaw crusher. Easy changeable wearing parts of the crushing equipment are of high quality with abrasive characteristics, which decreases the production cost, but increases output greatly.

In secondary crushing process, we use impact crusher (PF-1320). The finished products are expected to be regular cube-shaped, needle shape take up small proportion, no inner-cracks, with high compressive strength. They are quite suitable for speedway, bridge, tunnel and other construction projects.

By utilizing a more efficient Vibrating Screen during the filtration processing, the raw material is more precisely and sufficiently classified. This production line can also be perfected by other supplementary equipment so as to get further processing products.
