Main Frame
Comprising A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft, the main
frame features an all-steel construction using GB A3 carbon steel
plate and channel steel welding. This design provides high-strength
load-bearing capacity and exceptional anti-collision performance.
The interior is free from electrical components and wiring,
ensuring waterproof safety. The device is installed in driveways or
designated locations to effectively restrict vehicle access.
Electric Transmission Station
Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings,
base, and complete transmission components. The internal gear-free,
belt-free design requires minimal maintenance while delivering
stable, long-lasting lifting performance. This serves as the power
source for the tire killer system, mounted alongside the main
frame. Manual operation is available during power outages for blade
deployment or retraction.
Electric Control System
Features control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote
