●Working Principle
Based on the principle of conductivity, the probe and the tank wall can serve as the two poles,the air and the insulated element becomes the medium in this situation. When the level of material rise to the probe, the medium air will be substituted by material, so the dielectric constant would be changed. As the dielectric constant of material is larger than that of air (=1), which will change the conductivity and impedance at the main time, the circuit board of L2631C will detect the change and enlarge it, then turn it into a linear 4-20mA current output. The output would be tracked, measured, and changed into current output.

■ Suitable for wide application: can be used to measure almost all kinds of material, fly ash, grain, powder, liquid, slimy material, electric material and non-electric material.
■ Adhering proof circuit: ignore the effect of adhered material.
■ Easy-on probe: No wire used to connect the probe and the controller, which allow the user remove it easily.
■ Suitable for application of high temperature and low temperature: -184℃ to 260℃, high temperature probe also be available.
■ Surface sealed circuit: Anti-vibration, ensure the steady work of circuit b oard.
■ Self-monitoring: The electric circuit would run and check the working status, the status light would turn green when a problem occurred.
