Established since 1982 in Hong Kong, Advanced Communication
Equipment (International) Company Limited (ACE) has been focusing
mainly on business related to the Broadcasting and
Telecommunication market covering also Multimedia, Video,
Pro-Audio, Pro-Sound, Lighting, Musical Instrument and so forth in
The People Republic of China (PRC), Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region (HKSAR), and some other countries. ACE
started the business soon after China had practiced the "Open Door
Policy" which put the company in a very strong position
deep-rooting the contacts and relationships.
At present, we have an overall working team of over 300 staffs and
are still expanding everyday for the new expansion areas. In 1997,
our total turnover exceeded US$65 million. A lot of emphasis has
been placed on building up a strong engineering team. Key members
are high calibre personnel from major Broadcast Corporations. Some
are experts from overseas. There are different indwpendent teams of
engineers addressing specific technical area, e.g. System
engineering, Project Management, Site Supervision, Software
Engineering, Acoustic Engineering and etc.

of full range products to fulfill different needs of our customers.
Representing around 100 prestigious manufacturers over the world,
we provide the best and the most flexible solution to our
customers. Together with our strong marketing, sales and
engineering services, we provide total and ultimate solutions to
our customers in broadcast and related fields.
IN HONG KONG...
Our head office located in Kwai Fong with an area of over 10,000
sq.ft., and two-storeys warehouse of total 30,000 sq.ft. warehouse
nearby. Four dedicated video and audio demo rooms are available for
live demonstrations to customers. We have a strong team of over a
hundred staff of salesforce, engineering people and supporting
staff.
In addition, we have a show room showing our renowned products for
various applications.
IN CHINA...
We have several wholly owned branch offices together with showrooms
and service centers located in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The
total number of employee in P.R.China is over 200.
In the broadcasting and professional audio/video market, we have
installed and completed over a thousand systems all over China.
Customers acknowledge and endorse our quality of work, and have
built up strong confidence in us over the years. Most of them are
repeatedly buying from us for new projects and upgrading. Our
flexibility in providing different configurations and level of
products are also our keys to success.
Besides, we have joint-ventured mechanical workshops and
manufacturing facilities in China to build several peripheral
products in order to reinforce our overall system capabilities.
OTHER AREAS...
As to extending the company's activities to other overseas
potential markets, ACE set up subsidiary companies in Taiwan and
Canada in the last few years. Most of the investments is
joint-ventured with local enterprises or individuals to ensure the
local expertise are there to serve the market needs.
OUR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK...
ACE, having established distribution networks which link up
hundreds of wholesalers and dealers in China, targets at different
market sectors, such as Municipal-level TV and Radio station,
Multimedia products, CCTV, Sound System contractors, Movie Theatre
contractors, Disco/Karaoke Contractors, Educational systems, Hi-Fi
and so on.
Under close monitoring, most of the wholesalers have established
long working relationships with ACE. They control their own chains
of dealers, retail shops, with after-sales services, and
engineering forces serving almost every province and major cities
in the flourishing regions of the PRC. We have penetrated into the
inner part of China, and our distribution network is continuing to
expand.
The wholesalers are scattered in the capital and all major cities,
and their dealers penetrate into the deeper level of the country,
namely suburbs, townships and less-populated cities.
