Application

UQK-71 Series Float Ball Liquid level controller is applied to the liquid level control in the opening or pressurized containers of industrial process. When the liquid level positions of high limit or lower limit, switch actions to send out the alarm signal or control the pump, valve on and off.

In addition, we can use with UQK series with panel meter for level control and display. Anyway, Float Level Indicator is a great benefit to all kinds of industries with its easy working principle and reliability.

Floating Sensor

It consists of a float holding a magnet and a dry reed switch encapsulated within a stem. As the float follows the level of liquid in the vessel, the magnet also moves up and down. The magnet activates the reed switch when they're both at the same level, providing an "on" or "off" signal. The signal can be conditioned to activate alarms and controllers or complete a circuit that turns on pumps to fill a tank.

Overview

Model YZBK Pressure Transmitter is adopted force-sensing element of diffusion silicone from USA to measure gas, liquid or steam pressure. Its pressure signals converts to standard current signals of 4~20mA that can realize the automatic control of production process and it is widely used in the industry of chemical , petroleum, power plant, paper, metallurgy etc.

The advanced electronic circuit is adopted electric bridge in the excited sensor by constant-current source and technology of temperature compensation, and the best specific IC at present is chosen. The transmitter has a good stability without preheating before using it.

The all-weather structure is not sensitive to vibration, corrosion, humidity and interference.

The intelligent type is adopted the standard circuit conformity with HART protocol and its parameter can be regulated at site by manual station 272.
