Pelletizer with compact bunker

5. Use extruder with special gear tooth surface reducer, use high strength alloy steel to make gear wheel and axis, gear wheels through crafts of quenching, cementite and abrasion.
6. Instrument: Adopting PID temperature-controlling to measure the temperature, use Siemens contactor.
7. Heating system: Use ceramic heater, outer equipped with stainless steel cover, and blower cooling.
8. Heater power: 4 group heaters, power of each group 5KW, total 20KW; 64group blower coolers, power of each group 0.17KW, TOTAL 0.85KW.
9. Mould heating: 2 group 3Kw, total 6KW.
10. Mesh change agencies : Adopt non-stop hydraulic controlling machine, oil pump power is 2.2KW.
11. Crafts of making mould: Adopt 40Cr to forge and modulate, plate rigid chrome in lumen.
12. Mould head and hole diameter: 3mm
13. Vent amount: 1 piece
