>Yama Ribbon Factory 1. Polyester Ribbon:
In 2002, our company invested 30,000,000 Hongkong dollars in a complete set of production line to manufacture polyester and grosgrain ribbons. We imported the most advanced high-speed looms, high-temperature continuous dyeing machines, high-speed yarn warping machines and other equipment. We use imported yarns and European environment-friendly dyes made by the famous BASF (Dianix) to make the polyester and grosgrain ribbons. We exert strict quality control on the whole process from weaving, high-temperature dyeing, finishing, winding-up and packaging, making sure that our products have perfect quality. We put much emphasis on the quality of all the products. Our polyester satin ribbons and grosgrain ribbons have bright colour, fine texture with high fastness to wet and dry rubbing. Our products contain no azo dye and meet all the criteria of environment protection in Europe, America and Japan etc. Since polyester satin ribbon is environment-friendly, soft, colourfast, it is gradually taking the place of nylon ribbon to become the widely used material. Currently Yama can produce 135 colours of polyester satin ribbons (by American Offray¡¯s colour code) in more than one dozen of widths, with the widest ones reaching 6¡± (150mm) . We stock all of them.
